30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

Email us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned for a refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.
